When you choose to purchase your intimate apparel from Touchofthat.com, you can order with every confidence that we value your privacy as much as we value your business. From the moment you order, discretion is assured. All charges appear as THE KTR CORPORATION. All shipments will arrive from the KTR DISTRIBUTION CENTER in a plain and unmarked package.
Touchofthat.com respects the environment we share with our customers. We use a minimum of packing materials to fulfill your order. We will not include unnecessary circulars, packing slips, paper receipts/invoices, or promotional material in your package. Your confirmation e-mail will serve as a receipt for your order.
Unless backordered and regardless of the shipping method you choose, orders are generally processed within 2 business days of placing your order. Orders received after 2:00PM EST may not be processed until the next business day. We ship via FedEX or UPS in most cases. If shipping to a Post Office Box we will deliver via USPS. For International Orders, we ship via Express Mail International.
We estimate shipping based on order subtotal as shipping charges fluctuate between carriers.
